What business doesn't need storage systems? For standard pallet rack and shelving, Contact Us with your model numbers and/or description, and let our quotation be a pleasant surprise.  Or if you don't know what you need - or for more complex systems, schedule a site survey.  Let our creativity, and knowledge of and access to various storage technologies provide a solution tailored to YOUR business. The photo above shows a stacker system.  Here, racking is typically set up in a horseshoe with a center island.  The rack has removable pallets instead of beams, and the stacker guides forks into the load selected by the operator.  Shown below are some of the many other storage technologies to choose from.

Pallet Flow Rack can take two basic forms - the standard design incorporates brake rollers into the flow rail to control loads.  Loads are forklifted in at the rear, and roll forward. The rear is set higher than the front to provide sufficient pitch.  Brake rollers are set for the specific loads, and therefore lanes are dedicated.  The second design has flow rail that is normally below supports.  Air cylinders can raise the rail, and the load allowing the pallet to flow.  By modifying the raise time, lanes can be easily changed for different loads.

Push-back Rack has carriages set in the beams.  The first load is set down on the first carriage.  The fork driver brings in the next load, pushes the 1st load/carriage back, and sets the load down on the 2nd carriage, etc. till all carriages are full.  Removal is LIFO. This is ideal rack to install above shipping doors, as that space is typically wasted in a plant.

Drive-In and Drive Through systems are similar in that foklifts drive into the rack structure and deposit loads.  Because they are a hi-density LIFO storage system, they are ideal for large quantities of a few SKUs.  Drive-thru allows access from both ends.

Carton Flow systems are typically set up with two carton flow racks facing each other and a pick lane in between.  The pick lane allows stock pickers to move along the length and deposit their selections on a conveyor belt for removal.

Automatic Storage and Retrieval Systems (AS/RS) are frequently more cost effective than carton flow.  Product is brought to the operator, allowing high speed order fullfillment with fewer stock pickers.  AS/RS can take the form of carousels (as shown), Vertical Lift Modules, or Automated Stacker Cranes.
